Annual Report

Overview
The East Bay SPCA Annual Report is both a storytelling and accountability tool, highlighting the organization’s impact across the Bay Area. The challenge was to transform dense data and financial information into a visually engaging, emotionally resonant piece that celebrates animal welfare achievements while maintaining transparency for donors and community partners.

My Role
I led the design and production of the report, overseeing layout, content organization, and visual storytelling. I collaborated with leadership, development, and program teams to ensure that every section accurately represented the organization’s mission and accomplishments.

Approach
My goal was to blend data-driven storytelling with compassionate imagery. I created a clean, modern layout anchored by strong photography and accessible typography. Each spread was structured to balance narrative warmth with factual clarity—showcasing metrics, donor stories, and rescued animal spotlights.

Impact
The final report reinforced donor trust and strengthened community engagement. Its design received positive feedback from staff, board members, and supporters for being both beautiful and easy to digest—capturing the heart and integrity of East Bay SPCA’s work.
